Who sends the messages
Omen Services, a division of Walter White Enterprises, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company in Culpeper, Virginia. Messages are sent from the business number associated with the client's account.
Who receives them
Only our own clients — the owner or designated contact at a business that has signed the AI Phone Agent Managed Service Proposal with us. These are not marketing messages and they are never sent to consumers, purchased lists, or anyone who has not signed and opted in.
How consent is collected
Consent is collected in writing, on paper or by e-signature, as part of the service proposal the client signs before onboarding. It is not collected on a website form, and it is not bundled into the signature line for the agreement as a whole.
- The consent block sits in the Acceptance & Signatures section of the proposal, immediately above the client's signature.
- The checkbox is unchecked by default and is labeled optional. The client must affirmatively check it.
- The client hand-writes the mobile number to be messaged, and confirms it is their own number.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. A client who declines still gets the full service; lead notifications are then delivered by email only.
- We keep the signed proposal on file as the record of consent.

What the messages contain
One message per lead. When the AI phone agent answers a call the client could not take, the details captured on that call are texted to the client the moment the call ends:
- Caller's name
- Caller's confirmed callback number
- Vehicle or property details, where the caller gave them
- Email address and address, where the caller gave them
- What the caller asked for, and any job-specific instructions
Sample messages (caller names and numbers below are illustrative, not real leads):
Frequency, rates, and carrier terms
- Message frequency varies with the client's call volume — approximately 60 messages per week.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We send a single confirmation of the opt-out and then stop texting that number; lead notifications continue by email. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at info@omen.services or (540) 792-3635.
Privacy
We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
