SMS Consent

AI Phone Agent — lead notifications · Last updated 2026-08-14

In short. Omen Services texts new-customer lead notifications to the owner of a business that has hired us to run an AI phone agent on their line. Consent is written, given by that business owner on the service proposal they sign, and it is optional — the service works whether or not they check the box. This page reproduces that consent language exactly as it appears on the signed document.

Who sends the messages

Omen Services, a division of Walter White Enterprises, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company in Culpeper, Virginia. Messages are sent from the business number associated with the client's account.

Who receives them

Only our own clients — the owner or designated contact at a business that has signed the AI Phone Agent Managed Service Proposal with us. These are not marketing messages and they are never sent to consumers, purchased lists, or anyone who has not signed and opted in.

How consent is collected

Consent is collected in writing, on paper or by e-signature, as part of the service proposal the client signs before onboarding. It is not collected on a website form, and it is not bundled into the signature line for the agreement as a whole.

The exact consent language

What the messages contain

One message per lead. When the AI phone agent answers a call the client could not take, the details captured on that call are texted to the client the moment the call ends:
